Born and raised in Northern New Jersey, Steph is one of the founding members of the MGMT Digital team. Steph has a decade of experience strategizing and implementing SEO, PPC, content marketing, overall branding, and web design. Steph began her journey in digital marketing through sales, but soon enough found a passion for learning and implementing what they were selling. After a number of years with another healthcare-focused agency and a major provider in the treatment space, Steph found themselves wanting to make a real difference with their skills and knowledge in the behavioral healthcare space.

Through constant research and innovation, Steph is an integral part of the MGMT Digital team. From A/B testing new ideas and concepts to overall account management and strategies, Steph works with the rest of the MGMT team in helping behavioral healthcare businesses in transforming their online presence and as a a direct result, they get to help others in finding the help they need.

Steph also pursued their own journey in addiction recovery and applies their knowledge to the dedicated work that they do. Their passion is helping those who are suffering from substance abuse and mental health related issues through digital marketing. In their down time, Steph enjoys bad pop music, horror movies (good and bad), all things relating to the art of drag, Love Island, and spending time with their partner Aimee, their dog RuPaul, and cat Captain Olivia Benson.
