PPC Specialist
MGMT Digital is a digital marketing agency committed to providing ethical marketing solutions for the behavioral healthcare industry. From PPC and SEO to video marketing and branding, we are passionate about marketing with a mission and ensuring that our work positively impacts others’ lives.
We are seeking a PPC Specialist to join our collaborative, tight-knit team. This is a full-time, fully remote role where you will report to our Paid Ads Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid search and a desire to contribute to meaningful work.
- Help to manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and (sometimes) Meta for 30+ behavioral health companies.
- Implement PPC strategies tailored to clients’ goals given to you by our Paid Ads Manager.
- Help our clients apply for and renew their LegitScript certifications
- Set up call tracking platforms for our clients, through CallRail and Call Tracking Metrics
- Conduct keyword research and create ad copy that drives conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
- Generate monthly reports to detail campaign performance, optimizations, and strategy updates.
- Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, features, and best practices in PPC advertising.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in client meetings to present results and discuss strategies (transitioning into this responsibility over time).
Requirements
- Experience running ads behavioral healthcare space
- At least two years of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Experience with Social Media Ads (specifically Meta).
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Experience implementing data-driven strategies to meet client goals.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Familiarity with tools like SEMRush, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data to clients in an understandable way.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Preferred, Not Required:
- Experience with call tracking tools
- Experience building landing pages
- Experience being client-facing and handling a range of conversations around strategy, data, and expectations.
