Pacific Mind Health is a mental health treatment center that provides psychiatry, TMS therapy, Spravato/Ketamine therapy, and counseling. They have three offices in California, located in Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Irvine. 

02THE CHALLENGE

When MGMT Digital and Pacific Mind Health first started working together, the main pain point discussed was the need for growth.Their psychiatry services were successful in Long Beach and Orange County, but they were not seeing the volume of patients that they needed for TMS therapy or Spravato services in any location. They had also recently expanded into Los Angeles. Their team needed help getting this program off the ground, while maintaining and growing their other locations.

03THE SOLUTION

MGMT Digital’s focus from the beginning was on the areas that Pacific Mind Health needed assistance: TMS Therapy, Spravato, & Telepsychiatry services. Our initial strategy was to enhance, lengthen, and optimize Pacific Mind Health’s current content, while adding additional pages and blogs. The current content needed to be longer in order to rank better, but it also needed to compassionately describe the program. Our SEO-driven writers expanded all content on the website, combined pages, and removed unnecessary or duplicate content. We also began adding pages targeting the areas around Orange County and Los Angeles County where they offer services. Our SEO team began working on a link-building campaign focused on boosting these page’s success.

Our Paid Ads team recognized that for optimal results, the different services being offered ie. TMS Therapy, Spravato, & Telepsychiatry services needed to be segmented out into singular campaigns, targeting specific geo locations to provide optimal results. By creating singular campaigns, unique ad copy, landing pages, & using data driven keyword themes, we were able to increase online leads by 200%, thus generating more clients & revenue for the company as a whole within a 6 month period.

THE RESULTS
