The Last House and MGMT Digital started working together in October of 2020. The Last House is a sober living home for men located in Los Angeles. In order to help The Last House become more discoverable to men in need of sober living in Southern California, we redesigned their entire website and provided search engine optimization, paid advertising management, social media management, and traditional marketing in order to effectively brand, drive traffic and increase the overall census for The Last House.

02THE CHALLENGE

The Last House is a sober living for men in the Santa Monica area. Prior to working with MGMT, The Last House was utilizing an in-house SEO manager that was unable to handle the amount of work needed to get The Last House in effective positions for quality keywords that convert to admissions.

03THE SOLUTION

MGMT Digital redesigned a website for The Last House and re-optimized the website to target more meaningful, intent specific keywords that increased traffic and conversions. MGMT began targeting Santa Monica and Los Angeles keywords, in addition to focusing on increasing overall conversions.

We created targeted local and national advertising campaigns that specifically focused on luxury substance abuse treatment in order to instantly increase their census. MGMT Digital strategically put together an organic keyword strategy in order to get the facility ranking for top keywords in their local area and Southern California. Each page is targeting a certain group of keywords in their content, metadata, and more. In order to further increase ranking likelihood, we also work to build links to each page using their specific keywords.
