With almost a decade of experience in the behavioral health industry, Nicole is driven by one goal: helping people find the care they need, ethically and effectively. She has grown from SEO Specialist to SEO Manager to Director of Marketing, and now serves as Director of Operations at MGMT Digital, bringing that same commitment to every step of her career.
As Director of Operations, Nicole leads the team, helps guide strategy execution across client accounts, and builds strong relationships with clients along the way. What continues to drive her is knowing that behind every lead is a real person seeking help, and that MGMT’s work can be the reason someone finds treatment when they need it most.
When Nicole isn’t leading operations at MGMT, she’s an avid traveler, hiker, reader, concert goer, and adventure seeker.
