Our Origins
MGMT Digital was founded in 2017 by Zach Gross and Danny Leary, two friends brought together through the recovery community in Los Angeles. With firsthand experience in the behavioral healthcare space, they recognized the need for a more ethical, results-driven approach to digital marketing for treatment centers.
Tragically, Danny passed away later that year due to the disease of addiction. In the wake of that loss, Zach continued to build the company they had envisioned. MGMT Digital became more than a business—it became a mission to support the centers that change lives.
